The company focuses itself in two distinct areas: Biomedal Life Sciences and Biomedal Diagnostics.
Biomedal Life Science is devoted to the development and commercialization of products and services for life sciences research, and technology for industrial bioprocesses. Its own technology allowed the improvement of recombinant protein production. Biomedal Life Science also functions as a CRO (Contract Research Organization) and provides services and support to pharmaceutical or biotechnology companies.
Biomedal Diagnostics offers a large variety of products and services related to human health. It already holds a position in the market of products for analysis related to immunological diseases, and rapid tools for food safety analysis. Amongst outstanding products, we offer the latest generation gluten detection tests, Glutentox, which detects the most immunogenic fraction of gluten. Biomedal Diagnostics also provides Oleotest, a rapid test kit to analyze the quality of frying oil being used.
