We work to improve the research and technological development of the food industry
through the benefit of services of R&D to the industry and whose application will be as
much to ingredients as to food products, obtaining with it the increase of the
productiveness and quality, improves of the client competitiveness, promotion of the
modernization and the food safety in the small and medium industry.
INNOFOOD I+D+I S.L. is a spin-off SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprise) create to improve the
research and technological development of the food industry through the benefit of services of
R&D to the industry and whose application will be as much to ingredients as to food products,
obtaining with it the increase of the productiveness and quality, improves of the client competitiveness, promotion of the modernization and the food safety in the small, medium and big industry.
A wide experience in R&D in agrofood industry and application the results in industry have achieved. We study and improve de shelf life of products, variation of origin and ingredients that
affect the product are also evaluated.
We have been working in development of ingredients and their application in food products to evaluate their potential use; also we work in application of technologies to search solutions.
We offer the know-how in food science and technology and their application in different foods.
Although, we have a multidisciplinary group formed by 6 members (all of them have a degree in different areas related to Food Science and Technology), with a great experience in research and development.
We offer our laboratory equipment and pilot plant and we work together with a food technology university department and we are allowed to use their research equipment (pilot plant, HPLC, rheometer,
