The aim of Bioregion is to extract all the scientific and business potential from important future sectors for Granada and Andalusia, such as biomedicine, the agrifood industry and the environment. To do this, projects will be carried out to promote development and generate employment.
The central and autonomous governments will invest around three million euros in the construction of the new building, which will have a surface area of 2,352 square metres and will open its doors in 2011. The building will be connected to the PTS’ new management centre, which is set to be completed at the end of this year, following the refurbishment of the old Cortijo Nuevo de las Angustias building.
